Meet this beautiful school, located in the favela of
Rio de Janeiro called “Mangueira”.

This school is specialized in sports and education for
children/estrela’s age 4 till 17. At this moment the school counts 130
children.

Mangueira is considered one of the worst neighborhoods
in Rio de Janeiro. The school focus on skills and gender equality. Their goal
is to prepare the students for further education and teach norms, values and
social skills, so that they can develop a solid base to enter society.

COCO DE RIO 🥥 will not only be a ‘swimwear
brand’. We are extremely excited to give back to the local population,
especially as a brand that will focus on Brazil and Rio de Janeiro. Starting
with these beautiful children that one day, will be the next generation of Brazil.
